Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, process authorized entries, and maintain visitor and vehicle access records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Report access concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
