Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security provider, is hiring a Front Desk Security Officer in Manchester, NH. This part-time role involves welcoming visitors, controlling access, and maintaining a secure, professional front desk environment in a technology-oriented setting.

You will use computer/tablet systems, support visitor management, and deliver excellent customer service while coordinating with onsite teams. Training and growth opportunities are available through our Shift program.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) years old.
• Background check and drug screening required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identification and issue visitor credentials.
• Monitor entry activity and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests.
• Manage access points, cameras, alarms, and report issues.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures.
