Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Monitor building access and verify visitor/contractor authorization; issue temporary credentials.
• Answer phones, provide directions and information; communicate with property management and responding personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document relevant details.
• Observe lobby activity and deter unauthorized access with a professional front-desk presence.
