Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Concierge in San Francisco, CA to provide a welcoming presence and safeguard clients across commercial properties. You will monitor access, greet visitors, and report security concerns while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor building access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue temporary credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Answer phones, provide directions and building information, and communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and responding personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate contacts and documenting relevant details.
• Observe lobby and entry activity, report suspicious or unauthorized activity, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional front-desk presence.
