Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific security procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and building communications; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and direct emergencies as directed.
• Maintain logs and shift documentation while upholding a professional lobby presence.
