Allied Universal® is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer in Los Alamitos, CA. You will greet visitors, verify IDs and manage access while maintaining logs and providing exceptional customer service in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors while following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain visitor logs and credentials per site requirements.
• Monitor entry points, access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and other systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain clear daily activity reports and incident documentation, keeping a professional reception area.
