Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Maintain clear daily activity reports and incident documentation, keeping a professional reception area.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors while following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain visitor logs and credentials in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry points, access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems from the assigned post; report unusual activity or equipment concerns.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain clear, accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while supporting a professional, organized reception area in a manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
