Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Able to use a computer or tablet.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk customer service by greeting employees, clients, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location.
• Manage visitor access by verifying IDs, following site procedures, issuing credentials, and recording visits.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, alarms, and security systems; report anomalies as required.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment and deter unauthorized access.
