Qualifications

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; HS diploma or equivalent required; background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests as per protocols.
• Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems, report unusual activity or concerns.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally following procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and front desk communications.
