Qualifications

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• State/city license preferred where applicable.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site security procedures.
• Staff the front desk professionally; greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, access control, cameras, alarms, and communications; report anomalies according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and tenant requests, escalating when needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer calls, provide directions and building information.
