Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced at an assigned New York site. The role offers reliable, fixed hours plus options to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings while maintaining work‑life balance.

Pay rate is $23.70–$24.70 per hour. Responsibilities include front desk duties, access control, visitor management, and responsive support for residents and vendors.

Competenze

• Lifts up to 20 pounds; ability preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures and access controls.
• Staff the front desk professionally, verify visitor information, maintain logs, and direct guests.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and systems from the desk and report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and shift communications records.
