Qualifications

• New York State Security Guard License required.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution while following security procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and entry procedures as required by site.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility, lobby, parking, and perimeter.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs per procedures.
