Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Visitor Reception in Beverly Hills, CA. You will greet visitors, monitor access, and ensure security procedures are followed while delivering excellent customer service.

This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a large, national security organization. Minimum requirements include Security-related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to incidents.
• Monitor access to the location, greet visitors, verify credentials and direct guests per site procedures.
• Maintain visitor logs and support front-desk communications.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document required information and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
