Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Visitor Routing in Beverly Hills, CA. You will serve as a professional front desk presence, monitor access, greet residents and visitors, and help maintain a safe, orderly environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be needed by state/local laws.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff at the residential front desk.
• Monitor access by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and resident requests with logs and documentation.
• Observe front desk activity and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following emergency procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
