Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time Visitor Services Desk in Beverly Hills, CA. You will greet tenants and visitors, control access, monitor alarms, and support a secure, professional environment at a premier commercial location.

This role requires strong customer service, proficiency with computers/tablets, and the ability to handle security procedures calmly. Weekend and weekday shifts are listed, with a structured day schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location.
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor visitor access, verify credentials as directed, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Answer and direct telephone calls, receive deliveries, and communicate routine building information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
