Job summary

Club Pilates Hermosa Beach is seeking a Sales Representative to welcome prospective members, introduce the Club Pilates experience, and help them find the membership that fits their goals. You will craft meaningful relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience while contributing to studio growth.

This role rewards a motivated communicator with uncapped commissions, paid holidays, health benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to learn and use ClubReady software.
• Proficient with computers and common business software.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal, phone, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate new memberships through lead follow-up and closing.
• Conduct studio tours tailored to prospective members' goals.
• Build relationships to create long-term loyalty with members.
• Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups).
• Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, training programs.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from first inquiry through ongoing support.
• Represent Club Pilates at community events and local partnerships.

About the Role

As the first impression of our studio, you'll play a vital role in welcoming prospective members, introducing them to the Club Pilates experience, and helping them find the membership that best fits their goals. You'll build meaningful relationships, create an outstanding client experience, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the studio.

You’ll also help foster the warm, supportive community that makes Club Pilates Hermosa Beach such a special place for our members.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift
• A positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with prospects and members that create long term loyalty
• Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups)
• Schedule high quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, private training, and Teacher Training programs
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from first inquiry through ongoing support
• Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, grand openings, races, hospital events, and local partnerships
