Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a friendly Receptionist to provide efficient and courteous service to residents and visitors at our Schererville location. You will greet guests, answer calls, transfer to the appropriate department, and manage daily resident check-ins with professionalism.

This part-time role offers weekend coverage every other weekend from 2 PM to 7 PM, a pay rate of $15 per hour, and the opportunity to support a dedicated leasing team while gaining experience in a compassionate,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience in customer service or reception.
• Ability to answer calls, greet residents and guests, and perform clerical tasks.
• Professional and courteous communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answering routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet all residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer all prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver all mail, internal messages and packages.
