Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answering routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages and packages.
• Maintain knowledge of resident apartments, facilities and local info.
• Reserve private dining area for residents and guests.
• Collect work orders for maintenance.
• Know emergency procedures (fire, medical, police).
• Perform duties following company policies and procedures.
• Work independently in a professional atmosphere.
