Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Answer routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with mail, packages, and messages for residents and staff.
• Refer prospective residents to Leasing Team.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Sort and deliver mail and internal messages.
