Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Clerical,registration and/or customer service experience in health care setting preferred.
• BLS/BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Fluent English reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients prior to visit, collect insurance and demographics.
• Preauthorize clinic visits as needed.
• Collect copays and self-pay balances.
• Handle check-in/out and phone reception duties.
• Provide activation and support for the MyChart EMR system.
