Job summary

AirSculpt in Edina, MN is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Concierge) to greet patients, manage schedules, and maintain records. This part-time role requires excellent communication, organization, and a professional demeanor, with a weekend availability.

You will support the practice team across daily operations, answer calls, handle check-ins, coordinate appointments, and help create a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year front desk or admin support interfacing with clients/patients.
• Experience with scheduling tools and patient charts.
• Strong communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients; answer the phone promptly and professionally.
• Manage clinic schedule and appointments; ensure check-in per policy.
• Create, maintain and file medical records.
• Keep work areas stocked and inform management when stock is low.
• Support daily operations as assigned by Practice Manager.
• Other tasks as needed by management.
