Dermatology Specialists PA in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our busy private dermatology practice. You will check in patients, register and schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and process payments for medical and cosmetic services.

You’ll also sell and educate patients on cosmetic products and procedures, while maintaining accurate charts and documentation.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dermatology office experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, register and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays.
• Process payments for medical and cosmetic services.
• Answer multi-line calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Sell and educate patients on cosmetic products and procedures.
• Prepare charts and ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Maintain patient demographics and data entry.
• Support other clerical duties as needed.
