C.O.R.E. Grow Strong Pilates in Greenville, SC is seeking a personable part-time Front Desk & Membership Support team member to deliver a welcoming client experience and support studio operations.

You will manage check-ins, schedule classes, assist with memberships and packages, process payments, and help maintain a positive, community-focused environment for our clients and instructors. Ideal candidates enjoy helping people, excel at communication, and can balance front desk duties with sales

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling memberships and packages.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn scheduling software.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in front desk, hospitality, or fitness a plus.
• Interest in Pilates or wellness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional presence.
• Answer calls, emails, and client questions.
• Schedule and manage appointments and classes.
• Assist with memberships, packages, and sales.
• Process payments and maintain client records.
• Support daily studio operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and studio.
• Communicate effectively with instructors, management, vendors, and clients.
