Dance Without Limits in Greenville, SC is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to welcome families, handle inquiries, and support studio operations on weekday mornings. The role involves admin tasks, class registrations, and assisting with two major stage performances annually.

Ideal candidates will have dance knowledge, strong communication, and a proactive, friendly demeanor, with tech comfort for JackRabbit and Google Suite. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to answer questions about dance studio operations.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Experience with customer service in a studio or retail setting.
• Willingness to learn Asana, Slack, and JackRabbit software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to dance families.
• Perform administrative tasks and answer the phone.
• Welcome students and families to the studio.
• Manage accounts and payments using JackRabbit software.
• Register students for classes.
• Assist with admin related to two major stage performances per year.
• Studio upkeep and light cleaning.
