Job summary

solidcore is seeking a part-time front desk and sales support associate to assist the Head Coach and Community Manager. You will welcome clients, process class bookings, answer emails, and promote studio promotions while upholding a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes friendly client interactions, knowledge of studio products, and teamwork to ensure a clean, welcoming environment and a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
• Flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.

Responsibilities

• Bring CORE experience to life with a warm welcome and using the client’s name.
• Interact with clients to assess needs and address requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio retail items, beverages, towels, and promotions.
• Perform routine client-facing system tasks: new accounts, scheduling, and class rebooking.
• Keep clients informed about studio issues, events, or schedule changes.
• Assist Head Coach and Community Manager with daily operations and keep the studio clean.
• Notify management of complaints or grievances and help respond.
• Address maintenance issues visible to clients.
• Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
• Respond to client emails.
• Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board.
