Myo is launching its Manhattan Beach clinic in October 2026 and is building a founding team from the ground up. We’re seeking a standout Front Desk Associate who will help bring the Myo experience to life from day one.

As a founding Front Desk Associate, you’ll shape the client experience and team culture, serving as one of the first faces clients meet. You’ll ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment while supporting day-to-day clinic operations.

• 1+ year in customer service or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication.
• Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging.
• Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists.
• Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation.
• Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day.
• Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.

Myo is coming to Manhattan Beach in October 2026 , and we’re building our founding team from the ground up. We’re looking for a standout Front Desk Associate who is excited to help bring the Myo experience to life from day one.

As a founding Front Desk Associate, you’ll play an important role in shaping the client experience and team culture at our newest Los Angeles clinic. You’ll be one of the first faces our clients meet, helping create a welcoming, seamless, and high-energy environment while supporting the day-to-day flow of the clinic.

Located in a vibrant and active community, our Manhattan Beach clinic will serve surfers, runners, athletes, professionals, and families who value movement, performance, longevity, and proactive healthcare.
