Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard.
• Transfer calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional phone presence.
• Perform data entry, typing, proofreading, and basic office tasks.
• Create signage for gift shop and sales areas as needed.
• Process carry-out and bakery orders (same day and future orders).
• Take concert ticket orders (phone and in-person).
• Complete sales order forms.
• Communicate with maintenance and other departments as needed.
• Monitor emergency alerts and assist with announcements if necessary.
• Handle busy situations with professionalism and efficiency.
