Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple line telephone system and messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a warm, inviting manner.
• Direct callers to the appropriate person or department and take messages.
• Escort visitors to resident rooms or common areas as needed.
• Provide general information and directions about the facility.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with light administrative tasks.
