Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative for the Rooms department at Home2 Suites Bozeman. Qualifications

• Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Comfort with computers and hotel systems; quick to learn new software.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check‑in and check‑out; process payments.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, and digitally; provide information on services and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the PMS.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments for guest needs.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Verify identifications and payment methods per policy; maintain security.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Monitor room availability and registrations to optimize assignments.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance cash at shift end.
• Assist with group, VIP, and event check‑ins/outs; ensure smooth flow.
• Communicate clearly with team and supervisors to ensure service quality.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
