Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative for the Rooms department at Home2 Suites Bozeman. This hourly, full‑time role places you at the front desk, greeting guests, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and delivering warm, professional service across in‑person, phone, and digital channels.

Formación

• Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Comfort with computers and hotel systems; quick to learn new software.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests at check‑in and check‑out; process payments.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, and digitally; provide information on services and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the PMS.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments for guest needs.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Verify identifications and payment methods per policy; maintain security.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Monitor room availability and registrations to optimize assignments.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance cash at shift end.
• Assist with group, VIP, and event check‑ins/outs; ensure smooth flow.
• Communicate clearly with team and supervisors to ensure service quality.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
