Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out.

• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card information securely.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Understand hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations quickly and follow relocation procedures when needed.
