Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and address inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area to support a positive atmosphere.
• Assist in maintaining customer records and data entry in the dealership management system.
• Collaborate with departments to provide seamless customer support.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries as required.
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support the dealership team.
