Beaver Chevrolet Jacksonville is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and handling inquiries as they begin their automotive journey.

This part-time role offers flexibility and opportunities to work with multiple departments, maintaining a professional reception area and supporting daily administrative tasks, data entry, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in using computers, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom and address inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to project a positive atmosphere.
• Assist in maintaining customer records and data entry into the dealership system.
