LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring a Receptionist at The Reserve at East Longmeadow for part-time weekend hours (Fri, Sat, Sun 8a–4p). The role involves front desk duties, greeting residents and visitors, handling calls, and supporting occupancy growth with a positive, courteous approach.

Requires basic telephone skills, English proficiency, and 6 months of reception experience; high school diploma or GED preferred. Benefits for full-time associates; tuition reimbursement potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year reception experience in an office environment.
• Typing or word processing experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner and direct them accordingly.
• Greet guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner and direct them accordingly.
• Sort mail and file correspondence.
• Record and type guest meal charges.
• Maintain and file resident safety sheets.
• Coordinate front desk activities and maintain a neat, orderly front desk.
• Respond to emergencies by contacting appropriate services (911, fire, police).
• Attend required in-service trainings and orientations.
• Update the communication log book regularly.
• Maintain community brochures and stock.
