LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring a Receptionist for Traditions of Dedham. This part-time/per diem role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a wage band of $20.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience.

The receptionist will support front desk operations, greet guests, handle calls, and assist with resident services. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 6–12 months of reception experience, with strong English communication and basic computer skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year reception/office experience preferred.
• Ability to handle all incoming calls and greet visitors courteously.
• Fluent English communication in speech and writing.
• Typing/word processing skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain front desk appearance and organize mail and files.
• Coordinate front desk activities and update logs.
• Assist with resident meal charges and basic clerical tasks.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and promptly.
