Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a part-time Receptionist at The Residence at Orchard Grove. You will greet guests, answer calls, and support front desk operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of reception experience, strong English communication, and basic computer/typing skills. Enjoy PTO, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive team in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of reception/clerical experience preferred.
• Must be able to greet guests and handle calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Able to type and use a computer; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate front desk activities and maintain filing and correspondence.
• Assist with mail, guest meal charges, and logbook updates as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
