Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year of reception experience preferred.
• English language proficiency required for written and spoken communication.
• Typing or basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a courteous manner and direct them accordingly.
• Handle incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate front desk activities and maintain the front desk area neat and orderly.
• Record and file guest meal charges and maintain related logs.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly and attend required trainings.
