• Experience in hospitality or customer service with seniors preferred.
• Greet residents and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Proficient with MS Office and common office equipment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors courteously.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate resident transportation and guest suite reservations.
• Assist residents with activity and event reservations.
• Liaise with security and valet staff to meet resident needs.
