Silverado is hiring a receptionist at Silverado St. Charles, a memory care innovator, for a welcoming front desk presence. You will greet residents, families, and guests with warmth and organize front desk operations with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and comfort around pets. Part-time PM shift (2:00 PM–8:00 PM) and benefits are offered by Silverado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents.
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned.
