Silverado Franklin is hiring a receptionist to create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests. This role combines professionalism, empathy, and multitasking to support front desk operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, updating files, and supporting clerical tasks. A high school diploma and at least one year of customer-facing experience are required; strong Word and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Anticipated pay range $18 — $19 USD
