Continuum Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist for a part-time per diem role in a long term care facility.

The receptionist will manage calls, greet residents, families and staff, and support operations with clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, customer service focus, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend hours availability.
• Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills.
• Clerical/receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone, answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
• Greet residents, families, and employees and direct them to their destination.
• Must be customer service oriented with good communication and phone skills.
• Transferring calls and assisting residents as needed.
• Maintain warmth and calm atmosphere throughout the facility.
• Monitor entrance to ensure residents do not exit unattended.
• Update and maintain a list of resident funds and confidentiality per HIPAA.
