Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and register guests, providing hotel information and local area details.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues to WOW guests.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Coordinate with other departments and share necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain accurate house bank and follow standard posting procedures.
