Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Recreation Attendant for Saddlebrook Resort Tampa, a premier resort destination in Florida. You will engage guests, maintain clean recreation areas, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a superior pool and leisure experience.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and a friendly, proactive approach. Ideal candidates demonstrate hospitality experience, an energetic personality, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting lightweight

Qualifications

Experience in a guest service role.
Engaging and energetic personality.
Ability to stand on feet for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry loads of at least 25 lbs.
Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests to ensure their stay goes smoothly.
Work as a team to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain an active presence around recreational areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available.
Check in arriving guests to identify them as hotel guests and offer recreation options.
Clean all recreational areas following standard procedures.
Set up and break down recreational spaces for daily operations.
Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and dispose of properly.
Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
