Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Saddlebrook Resort Tampa, a premier destination near Tampa, Florida. The agent will welcome guests, check them in, provide information about on-site amenities, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Prior front desk/customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service with genuine engagement.
• Check guests in, record details, and note special requests.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests with proactive recovery.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to share information.
• Know emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow procedures for posting, charges, deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
