Degree Wellness Lutz is seeking an energetic Wellness Associate to greet guests, educate on services like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and IV therapy, and guide them toward memberships that fit their goals.

You will convert inquiries into appointments, manage scheduling and POS transactions, and follow up to build lasting relationships with members.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional experience from the moment a guest walks in.
• Educate guests on services including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, IV therapy, nutrient shots, and other wellness services.
• Learn what each guest is looking to accomplish and recommend services and memberships that fit their goals.
• Convert first time guests into members through confident, consultative sales.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade memberships and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Answer incoming phone calls confidently, answer questions, and help convert inquiries into appointments.
• Manage scheduling, client accounts, and point of sale transactions.
• Follow up with guests and members to support retention and build relationships.
• Reset rooms, restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and take ownership of the studio during downtime.
• Work as part of a positive, performance driven team.

Degree Wellness Lutz is looking for an energetic, outgoing Wellness Associate to join our team. You’ll be one of the first people our guests meet, helping them feel comfortable, understand our services, and choose the wellness options and memberships that best fit their goals.

This is not just a front desk position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable recommending services and memberships, takes initiative, and can confidently help turn first time guests into long term members.

Your Role:

About You:

• Available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays based on business needs. This does not mean you will be scheduled all three days every week.
• Friday availability must include the ability to either open at 7:00 AM or close at 7:00 PM.
• Saturday availability: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Sunday availability: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Able to work approximately 20 hours per week, with hours potentially being more or less depending on business needs.
• 6+ months of customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.
• Comfortable with sales, membership conversations, and asking for the sale.
• Confident speaking with clients both in person and over the phone.
• Friendly, energetic, dependable, and genuinely interested in wellness.
• Self motivated and able to recognize what needs to be done without constantly being directed.
• Comfortable using scheduling, phone, and point of sale systems.
• A member first sales mindset. You should be able to sell without making the experience feel pushy.
