Ballard Acupuncture Center is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome patients and support women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. You will ensure a smooth healing experience from the moment clients arrive, coordinating calls, appointments, and basic herbal formula prep with training provided.

Join a warm, collaborative team and help maintain a calm, welcoming space while performing opening/closing duties and clinic operations.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, admin, or customer service role.
• Communicate clearly and kindly in person and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized, even on busy days.
• Available to work, including Saturdays.
• Enjoy holistic health and being part of a supportive team.
• Know your way around a computer (Microsoft Office is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check patients in and out with kindness and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and handle phone/email communications.
• Track clinic stats in Excel.
• Open and close the clinic.
• Prepare simple herbal formulas (training provided).
• Light laundry and set up treatment rooms.
• Keep the front desk running efficiently and peacefully.
