Ballard Acupuncture Center is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome patients and support women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. You will ensure a smooth healing experience from the moment clients arrive, coordinating calls, appointments, and basic herbal formula prep with training provided.

Join a warm, collaborative team and help maintain a calm, welcoming space while performing opening/closing duties and clinic operations.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, admin, or customer service role.
• Communicate clearly and kindly in person and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized, even on busy days.
• Available to work, including Saturdays.
• Enjoy holistic health and being part of a supportive team.
• Know your way around a computer (Microsoft Office is a plus).

We’re looking for a friendly, confident Front Desk Associate to join our team at Ballard Acupuncture Center — a thriving, heart-centered clinic that supports women through life’s many transitions, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

About the Role

This is more than just a front desk job — it’s an opportunity to be part of something meaningful. You’ll help us create a warm, welcoming space for our patients and play a key role in making sure their healing experience is smooth and supportive from the moment they walk in.

Hours Available

• Wednesday 2 - 6:30 pm
• Thursday 1-6:30 pm
• Friday 1-6:30 pm
• Saturday 9-6:30 pm

Compensation & Benefits

• $24/hr
• 4 paid holidays (Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day & Independence Day)
• 2 weeks paid time off
