Mt Hope Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team. We’re looking for a professional, reliable, and energetic individual who excels in multitasking, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and provides outstanding customer and patient care.

This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our chiropractic, massage, and sauna clients while ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.

Qualifications

• Availability Tuesday–Saturday (Full-Time).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Experience with chiropractic, medical, or wellness environments is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Comfortable using multiple software platforms for recording information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and communications via phone, text, and email.
• Record, document, and update information across office systems.
• Process payments accurately and manage cash bags.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per routines.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment.
• Set up and turnover sauna rooms between guests to ensure comfort.
• Support providers with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Verify and update patient insurance information.
