You will greet residents and visitors, handle multi-line calls, monitor the call system, and keep front desk records up to date. Training is provided onsite, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a nonprofit community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Available for the part-time schedule and additional flexible hours, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors, and help them get where they need to go.
• Answer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone.
• Watch the resident call system and alert the right staff member right away.
• Walk the building on routine rounds and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Keep the visitor log and front desk records up to date.
• Help with filing, data entry, and other office tasks.
