Job summary

Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Communities community in Pitman, NJ, is hiring a CNA/CMA for the Assisted Living team. This part-time role offers $24.80 per hour for CNAs and $23.30 per hour for Certified Medication Aides, with day shifts and an every-other-weekend schedule.

Responsibilities include helping residents with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and daily activities, recording vital signs, and coordinating with the nursing team to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active New Jersey CNA certification.
• Active New Jersey Medication Aide certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Take and document vital signs and other assigned resident information.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines to promote comfort and well-being.

• Build positive relationships with residents and families while providing compassionate care.
• Partner with nurses and caregivers to deliver quality resident-centered support.

About the Community

Pitman Manor is a community serving residents in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Our Assisted Living team plays an essential role in helping residents stay comfortable, connected, and as independent as possible every day.

What You'll Do:

• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility needs
