Job summary

Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Communities (UMC) senior living community in downtown Pitman, seeks a friendly Receptionist to greet residents, families and visitors, help them get where they need to go, and support front desk operations.

The part-time schedule includes one weeknight from 4:30 to 9:00 PM and every other weekend from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional flexible hours. $16.64–$17.80/hour; benefits and on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Available for the part-time schedule and additional flexible hours, if needed

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors, and help them get where they need to go
• Answer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone
• Watch the resident call system and alert the right staff member right away
• Walk the building on routine rounds and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Keep the visitor log and front desk records up to date
• Help with filing, data entry, and other office tasks
